CoquieHughes is the founder and lead instructor of Lights Camera Youth Action (formerly Urban Chi Filmmakers), a media arts education program geared towards youth.  She is a multi-talented and award winning indie filmmaker.  Her films have appeared in festivals throughout the United States and bordering countries. Through her production company, she has written, produced, directed & edited numerous feature and short films.
